We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery. We do not ship internationally at this time.

• Free shipping on orders above ₹1,999.
• Orders below ₹1,999: standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.
• Cash on delivery (if offered): standard handling fee displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• Kerala: 2–4 business days
• Metro cities: 3–6 business days
• Rest of India: 5–9 business days

These are estimates. Weather, strikes, festivals, and courier delays can extend them.

You receive a tracking link by email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order ships.

Enter your address and phone number correctly. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect details. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges apply.

Record an unboxing video when you open your parcel. If the item is damaged, defective, or wrong, email store@bullandbar.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and the video. We replace it or issue a full refund.

We offer size and colour exchanges, subject to stock.

• Request within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
• Exchange shipping is free for the first exchange per order; standard reverse shipping applies after that.
• If your size or colour is unavailable, we issue store credit valid for 6 months.

Not eligible for exchange: sale or final-sale items, customised items, innerwear and accessories, items worn, washed, or altered.

• We confirm eligibility and share pickup or return details.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we dispatch the replacement within 2–3 business days.

Refunds apply only to damaged, defective, or wrong items, or when we cannot fulfil your order. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI.
