These Terms of Sale govern all orders, transactions, and purchases of performance activewear and apparel made through Bull and Bar. By placing an order, you agree to these binding commercial terms.
Agreement & Scope
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to every consumer order placed via the Bull and Bar storefront (bullandbar.com). By submitting an order or checking out via our encrypted platform, you affirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to enter into commercial transactions.
- All billing and shipping information provided is truthful, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Purchases are strictly for personal athletic wear or gifting; commercial resale without written authorization is prohibited.
Pricing, Currency & Taxes
We maintain transparent, honest pricing across all collections:
Indian Rupee (INR ₹)
All prices displayed on the storefront are denominated in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and include all statutory taxes (GST) unless explicitly noted.
Price Adjustments & Errors
Bull and Bar reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. In the rare event of a typographical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel unfulfilled orders and issue an immediate refund.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional codes, syndicate privileges, and welcome vouchers (such as BULL15) are subject to specific terms:
- Non-Cumulative: Discount codes cannot be stacked or combined with other vouchers or limited flash-drop sales unless stated.
- Single Redemption: Welcome subscription codes (
BULL15) are limited to one use per customer email address. - Cash Value: Promotional codes hold zero monetary or cash redeemable value and are non-transferable.
Order Confirmation & Fulfillment
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is formally accepted and binding only once we dispatch your package and email you a tracking fulfillment number.
Order Verification & Fraud Security
To safeguard cardholders, orders flagged for payment discrepancies or irregular volume may require identity verification prior to dispatch. Bull and Bar reserves the right to decline any order suspected of fraudulent intent.
Shipping & Delivery
We partner with premium tier-1 domestic logistics carriers (Bluedart, Delhivery, FedEx) to deliver your activewear safely and promptly:
Dispatch Window
Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of order placement.
Transit Times
Metro cities: 2–3 business days. Tier-2 and rest of India: 3–5 business days.
Live Tracking
An automated dispatch notification with AWB tracking link is dispatched via email as soon as the courier scans your parcel.
7-Day Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to train with complete confidence. If your apparel doesn't fit flawlessly, we offer a straightforward 7-day return and exchange window:
- 7-Day Window: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of package delivery.
- Pristine Condition: Garments must be unworn, unwashed, free of chalk or deodorant stains, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Size Exchanges: First-time size exchanges for activewear pieces are fulfilled with zero reverse-pickup fee.
- Refund Processing: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days following quality inspection at our fulfillment facility.
Technical Fabric Care & Durability
Bull and Bar activewear is engineered with high-GSM compression nylon, moisture-wicking elastane, and reinforced seams. To preserve the technical integrity and lifespan of your gear:
Cold Wash Only
Machine wash cold (30°C or lower) inside-out with like colors. Avoid hot water cycles.
Zero Fabric Softener
Do not use fabric softeners or chlorine bleach, as they coat fibers and compromise breathability.
Hang Dry Naturally
Air dry away from direct scorching sunlight. Do not tumble dry or iron high-stretch silicone prints.
Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bull and Bar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your purchase or use of any apparel. In all circumstances, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the actual monetary amount paid for the specific item in dispute.
These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
