Terms of Sale

We display colours and designs as accurately as screens allow. Slight variations in shade, print, and fit can occur. Check the size guide before ordering.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated. We can change prices at any time. The price at checkout is the price you pay. We can correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it. We can refuse or cancel any order for stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unserviceable locations. Cancelled prepaid orders are refunded in full.

We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and COD where offered. Payments are processed by third-party gateways. We do not store your card or UPI details.

Cancel before dispatch by emailing store@bullandbar.in or messaging +91 90745 84658 on WhatsApp with your order number. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.

Delivery and exchanges follow our Shipping & Exchanges page, which forms part of these terms.

All designs, artwork, logos, graphics, text, and images on this site belong to Bull & Bar or its designers. You cannot copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission.

Do not use our site for fraud, resale of our products as your own brand, scraping, or anything unlawful.

To the extent the law allows, Bull & Bar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kollam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The version posted when you order applies to that order.
